If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 10 days of receipt to P.O. Box 1 Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. For orders over $50.00 there is a restocking fee. Please notify us prior to shipping at info@wrapeez.com. Product must be returned inside original packaging. Shipping cost not included.

Returning Damaged or Defective Items

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Wrapeez for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
